Program Description
Hardsaw Fence LLC sends SMS messages to communicate with customers regarding fence project inquiries, scheduling, quotes, status updates, and service information. This is a customer care program. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.

Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of our website and engagement of our fence installation services. By contacting us or accepting a quote, you agree to these Terms.
Company
Hardsaw Fence LLC is a Missouri limited liability company (EIN: 88-3475084, Charter: LC014395329) operating as a licensed fence contractor in the Kansas City Metro.
Services and Minimums
We provide fence installation services including ornamental iron, chain link, wood privacy, agricultural, and commercial fencing. All services are subject to minimum project size requirements. We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may adjust if site conditions differ materially from those represented. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Material prices are subject to market fluctuation.
Payment Terms
Standard payment: one-third deposit upon signing, one-third at midpoint, one-third upon completion. Deposit is non-refundable once materials are ordered. Late payments are subject to 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Customer Responsibilities
Customer is responsible for: legal authority to install fencing, accurate boundary identification, disclosing all underground private utilities, obtaining required permits and HOA approvals, and providing site access during installation.
Utility Locates
We file 811 locate requests before all excavation. Work will not begin until all required members have responded. Locate delays do not entitle customer to penalty-free cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for damage to unmarked private utilities, consequential damages, or delays beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Missouri law. Disputes shall first be subject to 30-day good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration in Jackson County, Missouri. Prevailing party recovers reasonable attorney fees.
Service Disclaimer
This Disclaimer is incorporated into all quotes and service agreements. By accepting a quote or engaging our services, you acknowledge the following.
Underground Utilities and Private Lines
811 locates cover member utilities only. They do not identify privately owned underground infrastructure including irrigation systems, invisible fencing, secondary electrical lines, private water or sewer lines, landscape lighting, or pool lines. Customer assumes full responsibility for disclosing and marking all private underground infrastructure before excavation.
Completion Timelines
All timelines are estimates only. We cannot guarantee specific completion dates due to weather, utility locate delays, material availability, permit processing, or crew scheduling. We will make every reasonable effort to meet estimated dates.
Terrain and Site Conditions
Unforeseen conditions including rock, roots, excessive slope, buried debris, or soil instability discovered during excavation may require scope adjustment and additional cost. Customer will be notified before additional work proceeds.
Warranty
We warrant installation workmanship for one year from completion. Warranty covers workmanship defects only — not weathering, impact damage, vandalism, Acts of God, soil movement, or customer modification.
Property Lines
We install based on boundaries identified by the customer. We do not perform surveys. Customer is responsible for correct boundary identification.
HOA and Permits
Customer is solely responsible for HOA compliance, municipal codes, and permit requirements. We do not provide zoning or legal advice.
